The answer is… almost always! 🎉💪🏼
Keep fricken moving! That’s how we learn!!!!!!!

Physical inactivity is the #4 leading cause of global mortality. Sitting still all day will be worse in the long run than occasionally messing up a move now and then. 

Should you keep performing an exercise improperly once you know how to do proper form? Definitely not. But doing an exercise improperly once in a while is still better than not moving at all. 

And having a trainer? Definitely better than both! 😉

If you’re sitting all day, weak muscles, stiff joints, and poor circulation make it harder to move at all. So, when you finally decide to jump back in after a year and try to deadlift a small car on day one (we’ve all been there)… we can guess how that’s going to go? 🚗💥
